Konetclub is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to enhance our user support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish user accounts, manage permissions, and set passwords for new personnel;
- Deliver assistance via phone and online channels for users operating on Windows and MAC platforms;
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users to evaluate, prioritize, and resolve inquiries and issues;
- Organize tasks and ensure timely resolution of all reported problems;
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges faced by users;
- Oversee regular updates and upgrades to maintain the functionality of computer systems and networks;
- Investigate and assess new technologies and solutions to meet current and future requirements;
- Execute additional related duties as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
– A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Administration, or a related technical field is essential;
– Proficient understanding of server computing, routing, firewalls, telecommunication systems, and system updates;
– Experience in customer service, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively;
– Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills;
– Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
