Job Overview

Vuori is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to establish and nurture relationships with our sales representatives, key wholesale customers, and influential members of the active lifestyle channel in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate market feedback to support the development of a formal sales and marketing strategy.
  • Execute a comprehensive strategy to penetrate and expand our presence within the fitness studio channel across Canada.
  • Develop and execute a product seeding strategy to drive brand awareness within the fitness and active lifestyle channel and among customers.
  • Actively engage with studio owners, managers, trainers, and influencers to seed products, build relationships, and develop opportunities for collaboration.
  • In collaboration with sales management and sales representatives, identify and prioritize high-potential accounts for targeted outreach and relationship development.
  • Provide training, product knowledge, and resources to sales representatives and accounts to optimize their sell-in and/or sell-through efforts.
  • Perform systematic account visits to ensure visual merchandising imagery is up to date and product presentation meets Vuori standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to leverage digital assets to activate digital and social media marketing opportunities with both accounts and influencers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on channel development and relationship management, preferably in the apparel or fitness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market landscape, particularly within the fitness and active lifestyle segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel within Canada and visit the USA Headquarters as needed.

Additional Information:

Pay Range: $64,000-$75,000/yr
