Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and labor costs.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Team Management

    Requirements
    • Education

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
      • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk in a busy kitchen environment.
    • Work Schedule
      • 40-45 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
