We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Barn Worker to join our team at Iron Horse Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our horses.
Key Responsibilities- Animal Care: Diagnose and address any health issues in our livestock, ensuring their overall health and well-being.
- Equine Grooming: Groom horses in preparation for competitions and shows, maintaining their physical and mental health.
- Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish the work efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of our barn.
- Feeding and Tending: Perform livestock feeding and tending tasks, ensuring the horses receive proper care and nutrition.
Our barn is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional care to our horses. As a Barn Worker, you will be exposed to various weather conditions, dusty and dirty environments, and the sounds of animal activity.
Requirements- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in animal husbandry or a related field.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing consistent and reliable care to our horses.
