Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with the Authority's goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the Authority's website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and disseminate key messages and communications materials.
- Provide media relations support, including responding to media inquiries and crafting press releases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the public, media, and community groups.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communications plans.
- Provide training and support to staff on communications best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
