Since the launch of Ask Blue J in 2023, we have experienced remarkable growth, and we are seeking a Client Success Specialist to facilitate our expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Provide training to customers on utilizing Blue J platforms, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, serving as the primary contact for any support escalations.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to relationship management and revenue retention or expansion.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a book of business.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in an agile, start-up environment is preferred; a growth mindset is essential.
