About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Spear Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs for bus drivers and other staff.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient delivery operations.
    • Monitor and manage bus driver routes and schedules.
  • Workplace Safety and Well-being
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of bus drivers and other staff to achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
