We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at the Marco Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the construction activities on large commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, site superintendents, and project coordinators to achieve project goals.
- Contract Administration: Administer and manage prime contracts and subcontracts, including negotiating and awarding subcontracts for scopes of work and reviewing and evaluating subcontractor performance.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, and submit monthly progress billings.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
- Project Closeout: Manage project closeout and commissioning processes to ensure successful project completion.
- Education: A degree in Engineering, CET certification, or the equivalent.
- Experience: 5–10 years of progressive construction experience.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, advanced ability to build relationships, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, project management and scheduling software, and above-average time management skills.
