About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Automation Developer to join our team at Kinaxis Inc. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing advanced features that span across multiple teams and substantial areas of code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create test automation using TypeScript/C#
  • Develop and review test plans/strategies for new functionality
  • Collaborate closely with development partners and contribute to the design and implementation of product features
  • Enhance product quality by fixing bugs and improving product performance
  • Collaborate with other Development, Quality Assurance, User Experience, and Documentation teams to deliver new features
  • Contribute to various test activities throughout the feature development lifecycle, including maintaining test environments and triaging failures
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education with a core competency in software design, such as Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing
  • Experience with manual testing of software applications
  • Experience with a variety of test frameworks (TestCafe, Playwright, Jest, NUnit, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
