About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualization solutions to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data visualization dashboards to support business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data mining and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data visualization and analytics capabilities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of data mining and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $126,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
