Overview of the Role

At Grupo Cosentino, we are seeking a skilled Architectural Sales Manager to enhance our Distribution team. This position offers the chance to engage in a dynamic multinational environment, contributing to various exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating, managing, and expanding awareness and sales of Cosentino's products within the contract design and commercial sectors for both interior and exterior applications.

Your role will involve:

  • Developing strategic sales plans to engage architectural and design firms, developers, corporate clients, and service providers to secure specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
  • Implementing sales strategies within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with customer and management expectations.
  • Overseeing your sales budget while maintaining discipline to adhere to assigned financial parameters on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Business Development Initiatives
  • Delivering formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations to promote our product offerings.
  • Actively representing Cosentino within the community by participating in local chapter events for relevant associations.
  • Identifying new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and building professional relationships with architects, designers, and property management firms involved in new developments or renovations.
Account Management Duties
  • Maintaining accurate records of relationships, product placements, and project details within the project management database.
  • Ensuring timely communication across all stakeholders to facilitate successful sales implementation, including updates to sales materials and proposals.
  • Collaborating with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, and contractors to ensure effective local project execution.
  • Committing to ongoing learning about Cosentino Surfacing Products, their applications, and specifications to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management regarding key sales information related to markets and regions.
Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience

Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the building materials or construction sectors.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to engage with various levels within commercial industry projects.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development.
  • Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with stone fabrication or distribution processes.

Educational Background

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
