Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural & Design Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on elevating awareness and sales of Cosentino's products within the contract design and commercial sectors for both interior and exterior applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Implementing sales strategies within established timelines to achieve targets set by management.
  • Overseeing your sales budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Business Development Initiatives
  • Delivering formal presentations to architects and designers to promote our product offerings.
  • Representing Cosentino at community events and industry associations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identifying new project opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building with key stakeholders.
Account Management Duties
  • Maintaining accurate records of client relationships and project details in our project management database.
  • Ensuring timely communication among all parties to facilitate successful sales execution.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and business partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Committing to ongoing education regarding Cosentino's products and their applications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and sales data.
Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience

Essential:

  • A minimum of 4 years in sales within the building materials or construction sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience engaging with various levels in commercial industry projects.
  • 1 year of experience in business development.
  • Experience in stone fabrication or distribution is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with stone fabrication or distribution processes.

Educational Background

Essential:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
