Position Overview

HT & JB MULTISERVICES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for baking and a commitment to quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following established recipes or specific customer requests.
  • Create pastries for special events, including weddings and birthdays.
  • Bake a variety of mixed doughs and batters to perfection.
  • Handle special orders with care and precision.
  • Frost and artistically decorate cakes and other baked items.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a baking role is considered an asset.
  • Employment duration: Permanent position.
  • Working language: English.
  • Work hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
