Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Maxim's Bakery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to established recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our established quality standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
