Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bobii Donuts Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management.
    • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and waste to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
