In this role, the Emergency Room/High Acuity Unit RN will deliver direct nursing services to patients in critical and emergency situations, adhering to established protocols and standards. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to meet the diverse physical, emotional, and social needs of patients in a fast-paced environment. Nursing practices will align with the organization's vision, values, and ethical standards.
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including Days and Nights - 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00
Compensation: The updated wage structure reflects a competitive rate of $59.52/hour.

Qualifications:
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN.
- Level C CPR certification; ACLS and CTAS certifications required or to be obtained within the first year of employment.
- Completion of or willingness to pursue a post-graduate course in Critical Care or Emergency Nursing.
- Commitment to complete in-house certification courses as necessary.
