Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Dawson Creek & District Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet physical, social, and psychological needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Current Level C CPR certification
- One year of recent related experience working in an Emergency Department and/or Critical Care Unit
- Completion of a post-graduate Critical Care or Emergency Department course
- Up-to-date certification in TNCC and ENPC
