Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Dispatcher to join our team at 94 Cabs - Lacombe. This role is essential in ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vehicle operators regarding traffic conditions and other operational challenges.
  • Assist in the upkeep of communication devices to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Coordinate dispatching personnel in accordance with established schedules and work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator activities.
  • Utilize radio equipment to facilitate communication.
  • Process and relay information and directives to synchronize the efforts of vehicle operators and crews using dispatch technology.
  • Document mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other operational costs.
  • Organize assignments and manage the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
