About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Medicine Shoppe 148. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy staff in providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and maintain supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent oral and written communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Bill third-party insurers and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, pharmacy or drugstore environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral and written communication, organized, flexible, reliable.
