About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant at Community Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Task Management: Assist with the collection of statistics, perform general clerical duties, and manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory, conduct sales transactions, and clean and maintain the work space.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
