Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Optimizing the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and maximize productivity
  • Effectively managing recall systems and maintaining accurate patient databases
  • Processing referral letters and other patient correspondence
  • Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. If you have a clinical background and experience with dental software programs, that's a definite asset. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
