Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with advisors to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client outcomes.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the onboarding and welcoming of new clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client files and documentation.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to update team communication channels, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Support the advisor team and clients through the wealth management process, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong skills in business applications and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service, with a focus on professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
