Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering aspects of ongoing projects and urban development initiatives Execute servicing and grading designs using Civil-3D under the guidance of the Project Manager and Land Engineering Manager Act as the primary contact for all project-related communications with clients to ensure consistent service delivery Collaborate closely with the civil engineering team to ensure that designs align with the overall project objectives Assist in delivering technical designs within the established cost, schedule, and quality parameters Responsible for preparing and reviewing engineering design drawings and associated reports Manage all phases of technical design involving various engineering disciplines and specialists Lead the identification of technical design resource needs and contribute to resource planningQualifications:
Required Qualifications and Experience:
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred P. Eng status or eligibility for registration with the relevant engineering body 5 to 10 years of experience in land development design and municipal infrastructure with increasing responsibilities Ability to adapt to ongoing changes in a fast-paced environment Strong task orientation with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills Proven relationship-building capabilities Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, both as a contributor and a leader Initiative and capability to work independently while collaborating with a team of design professionals Commitment to excellence and high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D Proficient in MS OfficeAdditional Information:
