Civil Project Engineer / Designer (Land Development)

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer for our Markham office. The successful candidate will work with our Civil Engineering Team and must have the ability to work with both senior and junior staff within our urban development Land Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and client liaison
  • Completion of engineering designs and studies
  • Researching, compiling, and evaluating project data
  • Preparing technical reports, including Functional Servicing Reports and SWM reports
  • Performing design calculations for Storm, Sanitary, and Water
  • Coordination with GEC and CAD work
  • Potential site visits for data collection and observation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years proven professional experience in civil infrastructure/land development
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in use of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • A commitment to excellence and high-quality work with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
