Role Summary

What is the opportunity?

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Client Reporting Specialist to enhance our operations. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Investment Advisors and their teams to integrate Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients into our reporting framework. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, delivering outstanding support, and addressing any challenges that may arise. This role offers a distinctive chance to engage with our premier investment teams and most valued clients, ensuring they benefit from an exceptional reporting service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Investment Advisors and their teams to integrate UHNW clients into our reporting framework.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges related to the reporting framework.
  • Foster strong relationships with Investment Advisors and their teams.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, support, or a comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of financial reporting and investment management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the wealth management sector.
