About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at G&G Roofing Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and tools from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Erecting and Dismantling: Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend to and feed machines and equipment used in construction, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Labouring and Elemental Activities: Perform various labouring and elemental activities, including installing sheet metal flashings, installing and repairing metal roofs, and applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces.
  • Assisting Skilled Tradespersons: Assist skilled tradespersons in their work, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
