Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
