Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at A-Mart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom and ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of stockroom staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement processes to prevent stock losses.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that inventory is easily accessible and that stockroom equipment is in good working order.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
