About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at GREATS, a pioneer in direct-to-consumer footwear. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling creative assets that align with our brand's visual identity and product value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Digital teams to develop and implement creative strategies that drive results
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, and interactive features, for various channels
  • Ensure designs are impactful, adaptable, and meet specific channel specs, needs, and objectives
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, typography, and interaction design
  • College degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong interest in fashion, design, aesthetics, and culture, with a passion for creating innovative and engaging visual content
