**Job Opportunity with Lac La Ronge Indian Band**
The Keethanow Group of Businesses, a subsidiary of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial Operations Coordinator at our Keethanow Gas Bar location in La Ronge, SK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform other financial and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial software applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
