Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess your client's financial and life objectives, conduct thorough evaluations, and cultivate enduring relationships through financial planning proficiency and ongoing support.
  2. Perform detailed reporting and analysis, utilizing findings to draw insights, propose recommendations, and continuously evaluate the success of programs and practices.
  3. Contribute to team and departmental objectives while enhancing customer service and commitment.
  4. Evaluate service quality, productivity, and efficiency, implementing ongoing enhancements.
  5. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is mandatory.
  • IIROC license is preferred (must be obtained within the first 90 days in the position).
  • Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) must be completed within the first 90 days in the position.
  • IQPF licensing is required prior to the start date (for Quebec applicants only).
  • Wealth Management Essentials (WME) must be completed within the first 30 months in the position.
  • Certified Financial Planner designation must be achieved within the first 3 years in the position.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial industry, competitive landscape, and economic market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and work independently, providing support and building relationships.
