The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Credit Officer to join our Operations team at Aviso Wealth Inc.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining efficient credit monitoring and control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize and review cheques, EFTs, and wires in accordance with risk management and AML regulations.
  • Monitor credit, registered debits, and margin accounts on a daily basis, adhering to firm policy.
  • Review and approve internal/external transfers with credit-related implications.
  • Assist in capital and credit reporting.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of credit experience in the securities industry.
  • Flexible and able to meet changing needs and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.
