- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to deliver creative solutions.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and openness to changes.
- Experience supervising teams and strong computer skills.
- Able to provide a Police Record with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Intervention Record Check.
- A competitive salary range of $54,455.04 to $61,282.80 based on qualifications and experience.
