About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Mr. Lawnmower Landscaping Services Ltd. in Scarborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our landscape maintenance crew and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage landscape maintenance projects, including grass cutting, trimming, and blowing.
  • Supervise and train lawn technicians to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including WHMIS training and valid G license.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid G license and a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
