Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Select Landscaping and Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, taking into account weather conditions and seasonal factors.
- Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including snow removal and equipment maintenance.
- Plan and estimate labour and materials, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Supervise landscape construction work, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
