About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOX Compliance Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the SAP Security SOX compliance team and ensuring the effective implementation of SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP Security SOX Compliance Team
  • Coordinate SOX Audit Activities
  • Lead SOX Engagements and Review Working Papers
  • Plan and Supervise Testing for Assessing IT General Controls
  • Support and Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Evaluate Deficiencies and Identify Root Causes
  • Review and Ensure IT Controls Documentation
  • Provide Training and Coaching
  • Assist with Monitoring and Supporting ITGC Processes
  • Provide Advice and Recommendations
  • Support New Projects
  • Collaborate with the SOX Financial Team
  • Provide Necessary Training
Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of SOX Requirements
  • Experience Managing ITGC Testing
  • Experience Working in an Audit Advisory Role
  • Strong Influencing Skills
  • Ability to Identify Risks and Recommend Controls
  • Experience Working with Growing Organizations
  • Bachelor's Degree and Accounting Designations
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
