Job Summary

The Server is a key member of our Flames Grill team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, customer service, and adult beverage service

Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience, with a preference for experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining environments
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, and to stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
