Job Title: Server Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Server Assistant to join our team at Alberta LTD o/a Ace Casino Blackfoot. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers in delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and efficient service.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Load and unload dishes, utensils, and other items from the dishwasher and storage areas.
  • Restock condiments, linens, and other supplies in the dining area.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
