We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Later. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale marketing projects.
Your primary focus will be on managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, product marketers, ad strategists, and other marketing team members to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project briefs
- Lead meetings and daily standups with project teams to ensure progress and address any challenges
- Manage project tasks and track progress using Asana and other project management tools
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and project plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing projects
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
