Job Title: Senior Marketing Project Manager

As a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Later, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of large-scale, cross-functional marketing projects. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate smooth communication between various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead meetings and daily stand-ups with teams to ensure project progress and address any challenges or blockers.
  • Manage Asana tasks and project management systems to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, product marketers, ad strategists, and other marketing team members to ensure project deliverables meet marketing objectives.
  • Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project briefs and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor updates and ensure an accurate feedback loop between copywriters, web designers, and developers to maintain up-to-date project materials.
  • Be the go-to person for status updates on all live projects, including regular reporting cadences.
  • Communicate regularly with clear actions and updates.
  • Manage Notion and ongoing information sharing.
  • Facilitate the team's dedication to Agile Project Management, including education, backlog grooming, refinement, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a technical field.
  • Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team and a variety of skill sets.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management and knowledge platforms (Asana, Notion).
