About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in supervising and training staff. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a strong background in supervising and training staff.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
