Job Summary:

The Painting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the painting operations on our construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painting teams to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including costs, timelines, and quality control.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of painters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
