Job Title: Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team at Amana Painting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate painting activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement painting schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve painting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
