Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving targeted traffic and generating high-quality leads through digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid search and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Utilize tools like Algolia and Hotjar to improve website performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation, SEM, and SEO.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms (an asset).
  • Proven success managing and optimizing paid search and retargeting campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other website traffic analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
