  • Lead, inspire, and cultivate a team environment that promotes customer loyalty and meets customer needs.
  • Ensure that appropriate merchandise is procured, tailored to local market demands, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and control labor and overhead expenses to maintain financial health.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and safeguard assets.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate programs and initiatives, executing in-store selling activities and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Foster community relations by developing plans that build and sustain long-term partnerships with customers and local stakeholders.
  • Assess customer service levels and satisfaction, taking corrective actions as necessary to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of store operations, local competition, and economic factors affecting the community.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of retail operational principles.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Motivated and adventurous, with an appreciation for diverse cultural settings.
