Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and improve product offerings.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in liquor retail operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs while receiving stock/product.
- Basic Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel) skills.
- Previous merchandising knowledge.
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) training would be an asset.
