Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 15565588 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Create new recipes and menus to meet customer demands
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
