About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Sukhpreet Bal, Chartered Professional Accountant Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
