POSITION SUMMARY (This is a commission-based role)
As a consultant at 360 Degree Financial, you will play a crucial role in a team dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial objectives. You will provide high-quality expert guidance and take ownership of your client portfolio from the outset, with opportunities for advancement based on individual performance while fostering team growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Conduct consultations with clients to assess their current financial status, ensuring follow-through on requests, anticipating needs, and offering comprehensive support;
+ Develop tailored financial recommendations based on individual needs assessments for both current and prospective clients;
+ Assist clients in identifying and managing risks by staying informed about the latest financial developments and sharing relevant insights to facilitate informed decision-making;
+ Adhere to all company risk management and regulatory policies and standards;
