Job Summary

As a Customs Clearance Coordinator at Expeditors, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming clearance documentation. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
  • Receive and review shipment notifications
  • Prioritize and process clearance documentation
  • Update customer profiles and ensure accurate account information
  • Support operations as needed to meet business objectives
  • Meet company standards for training and development

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and PC-based software
  • Ability to learn and develop industry-specific skills

Salary Range:

$38,000.00 – $45,000.00
